"This was my first-time visiting Lids located inside the Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall, I went into this store to get a couple of my Oakley hats embroided to show respect to my Premier League Team, which one is it? The staff were very attentive and immediately greeted me and not only did I receive first class customer service with Alex suggesting the best font for the embroided date but also signing me up to the Lids Access Pass loyalty programme for a discount on my purchase. I left the store after being advised that it would take up to 45 minutes to complete and on my return the hats were perfectly embroided in white thread to a very high standard. Thank you to Alex and the team at Lids for phenomenal customer service and great work on my hats which I look forward to wearing to the next match now that I am back in London."
