"We were there for a birthday party. Parents are not allowed in the gym area. My 5 year old daughter was carried and dragged out of the gym and thrown to me crying by this “coach” very aggressively without any explanation. At first I thought she had gotten hurt. She couldn’t stop crying and was trembling like never before. I take her out to calm her and figure out what happened. This “coach” comes out to scold her without my consent or even talking to us first to explain the situation. Totally inappropriate. Fortunately my older son came out and explained the situation. Never placing foot in this place ever again. Do not take your children there! This guy is hostile, extremely rude and inappropriate to say the least. I’m sure a 5 year old, 50lb girl can smack the heck of a grown man! Please! Your response is unacceptable. She was mistreated. Your “coach’s” behavior was unacceptable. He didn’t come to us to talk. You got that wrong and it was not his place to talk to her in that manner. She is an excellent student, she participates in soccer, gymnastics, golf, swimming, ballet, and tennis and NEVER had anything remotely like this happening. And even if she did “smack” him (a grown man apparently) she should not have been carried out the violent way he did, nor he had the authority to talk to her that way and approach her without even talking to us. It was not his place to “educate” nor the correct way. Again your response the day of the event and through this channel says a lot about you all. NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS PLACE!!! If that is the way you treat children in front of their parents can’t imagine how you treat them behind doors no wonder you don’t let parents in. You are abusers!"

"I'm sure this is a great establishment however we unfortunately will never know. Your front desk employees are your first point of contact for a business & sadly your two front desk employees failed to close this deal. They have no customer service skills, no sales skills. I went today to sign my child up, I was not offered any pertinent information, was referred to a pamphlet behind me & told I could walk around. I was not asked any questions, nor was I offered a trial class, which I only knew was available based on reading past reviews. I immediately left, went over to the next gymnastics location near me & was not only walked around, my child was addressed personally as they are the one that will be attending as well as was offered a trial class. The difference in customer service was so apparent even my young child noticed how "nice" the new location was in comparison to your location. We are now new members of this new spot, It was that easy. When there are several options, your front desk employees could make or break it. Especially when they are eating at the front desk & talking with their mouths full."

"We’ve been part of the gym for almost 5 years. I’m a proud parent of a team girl. The coaches are the best, experienced, supportive, and dedicated. Everybody who works at Coral Reef, the staff, coaches, and the owners are excellent and very friendly. They always make you feel welcome. The most important is, that my daughter loves to be there, she enjoys training every day, thanks to the coaches and her friends. It is a wonderful gym, great atmosphere, very clean gym. I really recommend Coral Reef, and I love to be a part of this big gymnastics family."
