The environment is very professional. The structure of the program is Orton-Gillingham (OG) based. "I was not impressed with the learning center located in Westin, and my son was not comfortable in the facilities that were clearly dilapidated and in poor condition, the tester who conducted the evaluation did not appear clinically licensed or knowledgeable, he had a script he went through. The post evaluation discussion was well prepared however i felt like my son was tested for Their program and I did not feel it was a process to solely draw out his abilities and setbacks, the push /or sell was always present. The cost of the program is unreasonable for the quality of the teachers , the space and the materials provided. Along with that, the suggestion to withdraw my child from school is almost irresponsible by the team suggesting it. I will not be pursuing this program further"
"From the beginning of the program to the end, my son made major improvements in reading and math. Everyone at the center is such a pleasure to engage with, and they truly made us feel like they had my son's best interest at heart. It is an intense program, but with some incentives and encouragement, we got through it!"
