"Canopy oaks is a wonderful resort out in the middle of nowhere! Don’t let that stop you though. The check in staff was awesome, we had relatives visit.When they decided to stay just 10 minutes before closing, they set us up with a very cute tiny house with full amenities. Store is well stocked, and very friendly staff. Pizza and deli had great pizza and wings. Oh ya don’t forget the ice cream!! The pool and 8 Pickle ball court looked good, it was to cold for pool. If you enjoy walking this is a great place several bridges and trails to walk. Weekends were a lot more active at the tiki bar with DJ Friday, very good live music Saturday. Tiki bar was well stocked with friendly bartenders. Activities were ok they could be better but don’t let that stop you from coming here. Canopy Oaks is a solid 9.75 !!"
"For our 2nd stay at Canopy Oaks, we were pleasantly surprised with the streamlined check in process, it made even easier to check in this year. Also the ease of making our reservation for next year was super. We are blissfully happy with our stay and the staff is so nice and helpful. Thank you Canopy Oaks for a great experience! "Great hidden resort in the southern corner of Lake Wales. Friendly staff, beautiful park with full hook ups. Country style atmosphere with most stores within 30 minutes. Nice heated pool and hot tub. Club house and alot of crafts and activities."
"This was my first time staying at an RV resort and I rented a cottage while family were in their RV.. The cottage was nice and fun to stay in (trying the tiny home feel). The grounds itself, was very nice and clean. The staff were all friendly. It was nice to have the General store and Deli right there and (good food) even a spa for those pamper days. The Tiki bar was very nice, bartenders were friendly along with entertainment and food trucks. It was a nice first experience!"
