Solterra Beach Villa

"Stayed for 2 weeks in October 2023. Pretty much everything you need in a villa. The hot tub heated up quickly, the pool was definitely big enough and also deep enough. This was refreshing. Often such pools are only waist deep at best but Solterra beach villa has a deep end! There's also the nearby resort pool with it's slide and lazy river. We especially enjoyed the Saturday morning aqua zumba classes. Bedrooms big and airy, with an upstairs and a downstairs sitting/TV area, as well as one by the pool. Upstairs had a retro games console which was a big hit. Plenty space in the kitchen for preparation and cooking with lots of cookware. And a cupboard full of assorted refillable cups from the parks that could be used. The owner was very quick to respond to any messages and deal with any issues we had"

"My family and I really loved our vacation home. It was well stocked with all the essentials. Kitchenware, towels basics. The house and pool were especially gear towards being the vacation itself, comfortable and relaxing. We love it. Loved the layout of the home, best ever. Our beds sleep so good. Mattress was topnotch. The owners were easy to communicate with and nice. We would rent it again."

"We had a wonderful vacation at Disney dream villa. The house was well equipped and had extras of towels, blankets and sheets which was nice. It was also very clean, well maintained, and decorated beautifully. beds and couches were comfortable. The gated entrance gave us a sense of security and the street was so quiet while we were there. We took advantage of the theater room nightly- watching Xmas movies on Disney plus- and the kids played in the game room daily as well. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a day at the parks, it was our fav part of the week. We will be back to the beach villa in the future!"

"We booked for a vacation to Disney and Universal with some family friends. There was ample space for the 10 of us. The house is a lot larger than it looks. The back patio area is perfect for a relaxing day by the pool and the complex itself is very nice as well. The kitchen is well equipped and it was easy to make meals. The owners were very accommodating, especially when we encountered some snafus with our arrival. The only thing to note is that it is on the corner of the main road so there is some traffic noise but we were not bothered by it. If you’re commuting to and from Disney, universal or even Orlando, the house is close but the traffic makes the 30 minute drive turn to an hour or more depending on the time of day. We come from a place with hardly any traffic so it seemed bad to us but is comparable to other cities. Overall, the place was perfect for our families, we appreciated the accommodating owners and highly suggest staying here. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon."

"We were so lucky to find Solterra Beach Villa after a last minute cancellation by the property managers of our original reservation. This place was sooooo much better, we only wish we could have stayed longer! The home was spotless, spacious, and luxuriously decorated. The swimming pool and hot tub were so amazing, we had a difficult time getting our 11 year old out each day. The location of the community was close to shopping, restaurants, markets, and convenience stores. We used the community pool one weekday and found plenty of room for our family to play volleyball and enjoy the scenery. We would definitely reserve the villa when returning to Orlando, and are grateful to the owners for letting us rent it!"
