"The place is alittle dated, but we knew that by the pictures before we came here. The lady upfront was wonderful. Full kitchen was great as we have a big family and wanted to cook some while here. Pool was warm and clean. Great location. They are about to do renovations, so were excited to visit again when were in town. The price was the cheapest you can get on the beach that we found. Had a blast!"
"The room/motel is older but was clean and affordable for memorial weekend. The pool needed to be cleaned/shocked. The beach was about 2 football fields away. It was 0.7 miles from St Johns Pass which was walkable. Parking is tight at the motel. Don’t drive a big vehicle. The office staff was really nice."
