"The manager was really rude, we wanted to exchange a pair of crocs for my niece and she wouldn’t help us. WE HAD THE RECEIPT and she kept saying that without the tag we couldn’t do it. Never seen that in my life, you are supposed to be able to exchange a product with only the receipt. She treated us really rude and bad, no desire to help us at all."
