"If you are looking to support a small business like I was, this is not the company. Was promised our furniture by Christmas but did not receive it until after Christmas because they wanted me to pay another $100 for a van delivery. We had already paid for two deliveries and felt the extra money should be their cost since we were told it would be here by in time for Christmas. Some of the furniture came damaged and again I had to continuously follow up to get our replacement. The customer service is horrible to deal with and not friendly at all. Say they will get back to you and never return calls/emails until I called again. Asked to talk with a manager and was told he/she was with a customer and offer no call back to me. I guess you are not considered a customer once you give them your money. Definitely would not recommend or buy from them again."

"I waited until my furniture arrived for the full review but in my opinion, this is the place to go. We were greeted and helped by the owner. He was patient and honest. He spent a great deal of time with us. My first impression was that we would not find anything there. Boy, was I wrong! We ended up getting our entire living area there. Delivery was within an acceptable time frame and the delivery guys!!! They were fantastic. I LOVE our new living room furniture. I figured we saved somewhere between $1500-$2000."
"Ken ,Kim and the Blocker family are a pleasure to deal with. Their prices are North Carolina prices and they can get almost anything you see in any store. Ken helped my Husband and I furnish our new home and we are delighted. I highly recommend them for all your furniture needs."
"I just want to say Kim was so patient and very helpful in helping me find a new sofa. I’m having an unexpected shoulder surgery and I was under so much duress. Kim was so thoughtful and made our experience so much easier. The sofa was delivered today just as she said it would be, right on time and Robert and his assistant did a great job at removing the old and settling up the new! I can’t Thank you enough Kim!!
