"I took my great Neice and her best friend. They shared the big bucket. I mined the basic bucket. We were constantly surprised by the quantity and size of the polished gemstones and crystals! Steve helped the girls pick out perfect geodes and later gifted my Neice one for her birthday!! We even got some starfruit to take home. There are so many fun things to look at on this property!!! We are making this an annual event!! Thanks to Steve and his staff!"
"Great shop and awesome ‘mining’ experience! We got the large bucket of natural/rough gemstones and were amazed with our finds! I’ve found gemstone mining to be a popular tourist attraction in many places but this was on another level! Highly recommend"
"This turned out to be one of the most fun things I’ve done with my kids- even better than we expected! There are so many jewels and stones to find- pretty much with every scoop, so the kids never got bored or frustrated. We found polished stones, and also some uncut rubies and emeralds. The staff was so helpful and friendly and helped us identify our gems with a black light after we were finished. They have a great gift shop as well, full of unique gifts and jewelry. It was a long drive from us but 100% worth it and we will definitely go back again soon."
