"I have been researching ebikes for months. Wife became interested in Pedego models and I had researched this brand also, so we went to take a look at this store (4199 So. Tamiami Tr.) and met Alex and Tyler. They both above and beyond to satisfy our needs and gave a great description of the models. I was impressed with the warranty and anti-theft that is included with the purchase. We were so impressed with the true professionalism and kindness they showed that we purchased 2 bikes on the spot. They are not the cheapest, buy if you consider the 5 year warranty, the anti-theft locks and also the replacement theft offered (follow their protocol) and a few other goodies they gave us, it's is worth the cost. I am also sure if you meet with Alex and Tyler you will be very well satisfied with your visit too. Don't be afraid to ask questions, they know their products. We also checked on a bike rack and they were sold out, but Tyler went above and beyond to help us locate the one we were very interested in. We are getting ready to travel across country and I wanted a Thule XTR Pro. They are costly but after I assembled and installed it (Alex even helped) I am glad I did. It is a very solid built bike rack with some nice build ins and a Limited lifetime warranty. Between the bikes and the rack, it was worth every penny and also piece of mind."
