"Extremely organized store with so much merchandise. Found lots of Christmas gems for my little one and sold a few items I otherwise would have just donated. The staff was super helpful and friendly in the buying and selling process."
"You are better off donating your items than trying to sell them here. I brought in a bassinet I just purchased from them a few months ago and barely used. They would not buy it back stating they could not purchase an item with a warning tag removed. Funny part is they had no problem selling it to me with the same tag missing. I was also told in order for them to buy a play yard I brought in I would have to set it up for them in the store. The time before this they lost my items that they were not purchasing. I told them it was fine and things happen however, after how rude the staff was this last interaction, I will never sell items here again."
"Not the best OUAC that I’ve been to. The staff were rude but the store was fairly well organized. The girls behind the counter were saying rude things about their other coworker and making inappropriate comments about a customer that didn’t speak English. When I was at the register, I asked if they did any discounts for stained clothing. The employed said “we’re supposed to but I don’t know how to do it so… no.” I’ve had much more pleasant experiences at different locations and would suggest driving a little further to visit the one in South Fort Myers rather than dealing with the staff at this location. Nevertheless, I did find a few gems so it wasn’t a complete loss!"
"Took all these clean, zero stains, in perfect condition clothes (I would keep if I wasnt having a boy) but they wouldn't take them bc "condition was dirty" do these look dirty or worn out? The girls working here are very rude. I'm 8 months pregnant and when I asked for help to get something down from a top shelf to purchase she acted so put out that I didn't bother asking for help again. Update, I went back to this store recently and they have hired new girls who were very nice and helpful."
