"Cashiers need to be made aware of sale prices. I do understand that that may not always be possible. Cashier should have the ability to listen to the customer. I know customer isnt always right. However casher shouldn't be condescending and rude. Which is what my daughter and I experienced."

"I really hate to do this because the store is great and it really is not the fault of the store but I really am frustrated with a situation. My wife and I bought a mattress and were told that a delivery service would bring it to the house. Of course there was issues. Had to take a Monday off of work because that was the only day it could be delivered. No call and no show on the delivery. So, my wonderful wife, has to call the delivery service and JCPenny to find out what happened. The store manager was helpful but the issue is not resolved. We don't know where our mattress is and when it will be delivered. Very frustrating because it is already paid for and the lack of communication is very unprofessional. Not the fault of the store but have to warn any future costumers of this issue."

"Wow! I hardly ever shop and retail these days. However after my experience at this JCPenney in Spring Hill, I'm looking forward to making return trips. I needed some specific items for a wedding and Ryan in the men's department was super kind and helpful. My experience in retail has been really poor service but Ryan took a real interest and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. I also had good experiences in check out with Alex and Alicia!"

"Went there to exchange a ring I bought my wife. Staff was very helpful decided on exchanging for earrings instead. Went here again today and the the staff was helpful as usual everything is still good"

"JC Penny, including this location, used to be a great place to pick up reasonably priced clothes. No longer. This store has been spiraling toward oblivion for several years now. Perhaps that is because of the shifting economic realities, maybe it's because of how the company does business. I do not know. What I do know is that the men's department is poorly stocked and over priced. Suit jackets and blazers are available in tiny sizes only with maybe 10 (total) in sizes of 48R and up. The jackets they do have are not terribly stylish, but are priced as if they were. Dress shirts seem to be restricted in sizes also. I hope you have a 15.5" neck and short arms. Regardless, the prices are not competitive (unless you sign up for a JC Penny credit card! No thanks.) Casual wear is limited as well. The clearance section seems to be limited to rack after rack of sweat pants. No deals there. I will say that the store is extremely well staffed. As in, every 10' there is another clerk wanting to talk to you. Here's hoping that JC Penny survives. If this store is representative of the company as a whole, they've got some work to do."
