"Gave it another shot, still disappointing, this time the ice cream taste like it was old and or frost bitten, plus the quantity to $ amount ratio is sad! $5.32 for 2 very small scoops is no deal! Even if the ice cream was quality."
"drinks were good but had to wait 10min for two drinks while they decided who got the leftovers of them, the manager was talking inappropriately about another employee while just holding onto our items. Pretty unprofessional for a manager to trash talk employees loudly in front of customers"
"The food was okay. We tried the new cookie butter cold brew coffee and donut. They had more maple than I anticipated. The hashbrowns were oily and soft. None of it was bad, but we probably won't be back for awhile. Also, none of the workers seemed happy or anything. Very tense atmosphere."
"We went to Dunkin/Baskin-Robbins my wife got a scoop of strawberry and a donut we were getting milkshakes. The cashier gave us the donut but said oh its Baskin-Robbins policy not to give the customer the product till its paid for I have always got my order in hand and then paid but not tonight. So we left won't be visiting them for a while."
"What a horrible place. Thought 31 flavors... Um nope just 16 of which one had hair in it. Thought employees were supposed to wear gloves when handling food. Apparently not here. And no hair net and some curly black hair flowing around after he fussed with his ball hat. Employees seem to not be informed of what items are for sale here. Seemed lost when she told me shakes were 10 each. Kinda sad, used to love going here but it seems it's time to move on. And take a gander at what 3 ish inches of solid ice looks like in the ice cream display, hmm maybe time to defrost just saying."
