Waldorf Astoria Orlando

"We love this hotel. Like truly love it. We've stayed at the Waldorf Orlando a handful of times now and I keep expecting to run into a snag or two during our stays but they just keep wow-ing us. The resort is top notch, laid back and updated. The rooms have all the features you'd expect from a modern resort with that extra twist of upscale that they deliver consistently. Their room service options for breakfast and late night snacks are unique and delicious, as is their coffee...which is tough to find anywhere on Disney properties. This particular stay we had some issues with our meal at La Luce, at Peacock Alley AND from our room all that were handled promptly, kindly and with no hesitation. The staff across the board from the front desk to the valet and room service are all exceptional. We continue to make an effort to stay here when we visit and we'll be continuing to do so."

"We’ve stayed at this Waldorf a handful of times and there’s a reason we keep coming back. We decided to stay at Waldorf this time to take some time to relax before our wedding. From the moment we checked in, the staff was super attentive and helped us with getting our room situated. The room remodel is very nice; plenty of nice upgrades and attention to detail. The shower was my favorite part as the water pressure was perfect! The room was clean, and the bed itself was extremely comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us and made sure we were comfortable. Huge shoutout to Bradley on our Disney day as he shared fun facts about Disney and the Waldorf itself on the way! Luis in Valet was helpful too! I will be thinking about this stay for a long time and am looking forward to staying here again! This stay has made me even more of a Hilton fan."

"We were here for 5 nights and had an incredible stay. The newly renovated property offers everything one could need while at Disney and the staff is very pleasant. Amelia at Peacock Alley offered the best food recommendations (must try the everything croissant!!) Esteban out front was a warm friendly face every morning we were out front for the buses. The bus is a luxury charter bus which is shared with Signia next door. Our room was spacious, bedding soft/comfy, and plenty of space at the pool/hot tub area. There seemed to be some issues addressing room needs to Housekeeping staff (received/responded to in app but took several attempts to actually see housekeeping), but wants a huge bother. Highly recommended for your next Disney stay!"

"The best five star hotel I’ve ever visited. Went there for 6 nights to visit Disneyland and was not disappointed. The staff look after your rooms with great cleanliness and help you bring groceries up when needed. The buffet breakfast is to die for! The pool side snacks and lunch is very tasty but the cocktails are the best! There was a lovely lady named Bree who really took of us for meals by the pool and another old man who gives great towel service. A young chap who offers treats and tasters was nice too. If I knew all the names, I would give them all a big shout out! Regards Fogarty family."
