"Unit 1003 The condo was very pretty and well decorated. It was very clean. Had extra towels and extra bedding. The rooms were big. The bathrooms were even big. The patio was very comfortable and big. It was very easy for a person in a wheelchair to get around. The kitchen is very well stocked. We had one issue with the dishwasher. When we reported they were there within the hour to fix it. The maintenance man fixed it very fast. The downsides to the condo is. The tubs are very slippery. 2 out of 3 people just about fell. We had to go buy shower mats just to stand up in them. Even with the shower mats, one out 3 people slipped. The location of the condo was fantastic. Close to everything you will need. Another down side is. There is no place to store food. Every cabinet is has stuff in it. There no pantry. The last downside is the doors to the patio are the hardest I have ever had to use in condos or hotels. We loved the condo and would stay again."

"We stayed on the 11th floor. The view is perfect. The balcony is very spacious. The room was very nice, and spacious. I did have to wash the sheets because, they did not look like they have been changed. Looked dirty, and had hair all over. The master bath has mold behind toilet, as well as around the ceiling. They’re was not extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, or dishwasher pods. I would stay at this location again. My only issue was the sheets, as well as the mold."

"We vacationed at Ocean Villa and had a great unit on the 19th floor! Very nice unit that was clean and updated! Spectacular views from the enormous patio! Would love to purchase a unit there if one comes available."

"This condo is in need of new beds, patio furniture, etc. The patio furniture is all broken and is a safety hazard. The tubs are slick as ice with no tub mats. The beds make loud noise whenever you move. The wifi is spotty at best. I have stayed in other units in this building that have been great. This one is not great and the owner should be ashamed of its condition."
