Seahaven Beach Hotel

"This place needs to be condemned. The worst hotel on the beach. Full of crackheads that feel the need to do construction of their own until we hours of the morning. Sounded like someone was using a hammer drill on the floor or ceiling all night."

"The only reason for not leaving a 5-star review on all items is because we had some issues with the room that the front desk was made aware of. As for the location and price, totally awesome. Received excellent customer service. Very glad that they had late night snacks available. I loved our gulf view. We would most definitely consider staying there again in Dec.Thank you for a pleasant stay. Hoping you and yours stayed safe during the recent storms. Many blessings for the New Year."

"this place is DISGUSTING. and the staff is very rude. there’s mildew in that i know of in 2 of the bathrooms, on the ceilings and in the bottom of the tub, they also don’t change out the toilet papers rolls between guests. if i could, i would rate it 0/5 stars. this place needs to be SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD. it’s an amazing location, because there’s so many things within walking distance, but it’s not worth the health problems that could arise from staying here. also their electrical outlets will shock you! my child got shocked by all 3 of the ones that were in our room, we ended up getting our refund and leaving and we weren’t even there an hour."

"I don’t expect much from a 2 star hotel. But La Quintas are luxurious compared to this. I’ve stayed here a couple of times actually. In 2022 and in 2023. It’s gotten way worse. The elevator still isn’t working from last year. I’m 7 months pregnant and had to climb 6 flights of stairs with a ton of bags. There is nasty sand from other peoples bodies in between the sheets. Dirty floors, holes in the ceilings and walls, and cockroaches and bed bugs if you flip the pillows over to check. It’s just gross. They don’t clean or wash anything and it shows. Anyway, don’t stay here unless it’s your only option."

"Room was ok for an older hotel. There were things that needed to be fixed like a broken towel rod. Hair dryer kept falling off of the wall mount, so we just left it on the floor. Private balcony was a plus and had 2 chairs on it. The beds were firm but comfortable. Only got 2 towels and wash clothes. One thing I could NOT stand was that the floors were dirty. They hadn't been moped with a clean mop in a long time! We had grocery store feet (Black from filth) the first night and from then on, we wore our flip-flops inside. The staff in the office were very polite. Told us we were lucky to have any towels, when we asked for more. I would stay here again because of the location and the good price."
