"We enjoyed our stay here as the staff was nice. Unfortunately for us, our card was charged at the hotel restaurant that we never went to. We told the staff as we checked out, and we were assured they would remove the charge. A month later, we were told again it would be removed as it was still on our card. Six months later we are still fighting to get the charge removed. So, if you stay here, watch your card."

"This hotel is amazing! Very welcoming and helpful staff, extremely clean rooms, great on-site restaurant with fun live music. Sandra at the front desk is fantastic and so was the lady that helped us at check out (sorry I forgot her name) We booked the king suite & it had floor to ceiling views of the gulf, pier & miles of white sand beach. The sunset was fantastic viewing from the private balcony. Breakfast was impressive and included with the room. Easy parking also included with stay. The heated pool & jacuzzi looked beautiful but it was too cold for us to use. You will love this hotel, we didn’t want to leave!"

"Editing review… Bobby at the front desk suggested some great restaurants to try. We had a great breakfast with very tasty Bloody Mary at Andy’s. Lennon at the front desk was very helpful in extending our stay at this beautiful hotel to continue our vacation at a warm place when everywhere else is freezing cold….. We’re currently staying at this property. The location on the beach is unbeatable. Beautiful pool/lazy river and balcony room. However, the front desk staff chooses to help customers on the phone before customers standing in front of them. Twice now, we’ve had to wait a long time for them to get off the phone to answer a simple question. One of the times we had to wait so long that we gave up. As constructive criticism, please help customers in person first and ask those on the phone to hold a second. I’ve held on the phone many, many times and never minded because it’s important to help the person in front of you first…,"

"We had an amazing stay at this location. We chose to stay in a top floor ocean view, and it was a great choice. The stay was quiet, the staff and guests were great. This location is very convenient to shopping and dining needs. They do have covered parking that is just across the street from the hotel. It was very easy to drive up to the hotel, unload, and park across the way. The hotel was getting some work done around the pool area, but they kept everything clean, organized, and ready for guests to enjoy."

"The hotel was very nice and the front desk reps were mostly nice friendly and accommodating. We had a suite and it was very nice but cleaning was lacking. Bathroom flood was sticky and dirty in places and hair left on the floor. Kitchen area shelf was dirty, not been wiped in a while. I cleaned the bathroom floor with a wash cloth and it was black when I finished. I did show a picture of it to the manager. We had complained of a dog constantly barking across the hall. Had to put up with that for a couple of days. For a nonsmoking hotel there was a lot of smoking. We couldn't enjoy setting out on our balcony because people were smoking on their balconies not only cigarettes but Marijuana. When we complained they said unless we knew where it was coming from the couldn't do anything about. Plus we had to put up with smoking at the pool which signs clearly said no smoking in pool area. No staff was there to monitor the pool area. We shouldn't have to report who is breaking the rules. We did speak to the manager about our complaints and he did apologized but that didn't make up for all the inconveniences that took place. Our vacation was ruined because I ended up being sick because of the exposure to smoking. I have asthma and lung blockages and that's why we make sure there is no smoking. If you say the hotel is nonsmoking then you should be monitoring and enforcing your rules. No one was ever at the pool only bar servers who didn't seem to mind the smoking. We were so looking forward to our beach trip, paid a lot of money to stay 8 nights only to be bothered by barking dog, smoking and dirty room. Really disappointed."
