I'm used to being treated "differently" when I walk into stores on Lincoln Rd, because I'm often in work wear since I often don't have time to change just to walk around and shop after work. My experience at this location was so remarkably different that I had to write about it. The staff was attentive, quick to help, and delightfully intuitive about recommendations. I was drawn in that day by a display window dress (which ended up not fitting the way I'd hoped), but still left with a new favorite (different) dress, as well as a few impulse-buy wardrobe staples from a sales rack. I stopped counting how many times I have walked out of stores that had pieces I wanted, empty handed, because I was treated so poorly. Not here! They are professionals, and delightful, genuine people. It just makes me love the brand even more."
