That does not convey the level of service I experienced so let me start again) I walked into this store and Nicole instantly became my friend! She offered suggestions, started me a fitting room and engaged in great conversation all without ever being too pushy. She was genuinely one of the friendliest customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! On my way out she even told me about a fantastic little lunch spot that I never would have found without her recommendation. She said this was her last day since she will be moving out of state. What a sad day for Original Penguin Store Company. I am absolutely sure that she will be missed! Five star service at it's best!"

"I'm not a great shopper but I was really impressed by the level of service and the quality of the merchandise. The shop assistant that attended me was very helpful and attentive, even though I was only buying a t-shirt. He insisted I try it on for size before I bought it. Many t-shirts have a large, uncomfortable sticky patch against the skin, on the reverse side of the illustration or logo. In the Penguin t-shirt, the image seems to be designed into the fabric, which itself was very soft. I highly recommend this shop."
