"Tommy’s Tuxedos could be described as a tremendous disappointment. The day of the wedding arrived and my husband’s suit (groomsman) was still not ready to be picked up. The manager was not available on this day nor was she answering her employee’s phone calls, leaving her employee in a tough position. Three hours before the wedding he received his suit and it was not tailored correctly. After having to pay almost $200 we were truly disappointed that we had received such poor service. I hope nobody else experiences this."
