"No way would I swim in the outdoor pool. The entire area is covered in mold. The bridge leading to the hot tub is corroded with black mold underneath. All along the sides of the pool has mold. The pool guy is there everyday...cleaning and doing his best. But until the HOA decides to have professionals come in and clean this pool area free from the mold, it should be shut down!! It is a health hazzard!!! And mold that is left to spread and grow, is not safe to be around, let alone swim in and kids ingest the water."

"Hubby and I recently did a Gulf crawl and stayed at a VRBO condo here. The location is perfect, the resort pool is fantastic and the tiki bar is so much fun! We stayed for two nights and both nights were spent at the bar listening to the live music. Lindsey, our bartender was fantastic and the boiled peanuts paired perfectly with our drinks. The resort is only 2 miles away from Johnson Beach and equally distant between Pensacola Beach and Orange Beach."

"Very nice place to stay, our room which we booked through an air bnb was awesome, very clean and spacious. Pools were great, loved having the choice between an indoor and outdoor pool. Would recommend maybe getting some more shade for parts of the pool outside to make it more enjoyable on the hottest days. My only downside for this place is that you have to walk through the bar on one side of the complex to get to the pool which can be awkward for families. Would stay here again."

"The place is what it is. Pool is nice, kids loved it. Pizza was good. Unfortunately it seemed that everyone that came to the pool area was a smoker. So even though there were no smoking signs up,everyone was smoking. There are cigarette butts everywhere, it’s disgusting. And it’s open to the public, so they make a big deal about wearing wristbands and having a code to get in with your car. All the general public needs to do is walk through the front gate of the pool area. I wonder why the cops were here the other day. Not coming back, would tell anyone not to stay here."

"Our room was 27C, it was nice for a vacation rental. The resort is great for families, but not if you want to enjoy the pool without children being unsupervised by their parents. The bartenders are SUPER nice!! However, the prices are high even compared to local restaurants and bars. Parking is not assigned to specific rooms. Also, you check-in blocks away which wasn't clearly explained before we arrived."
