"I inquired about a monthly rental spot. Park was very hesitant to send good lot pictures and takeing over a week to do so. So me and my family jumped in our car and drove 1hr 45 mins to check the park out in person. Boy am I glad we did that. I felt like I was driving into a trailer park in slums of a 3rd world. Campers are so stacked on top of each other you can barely walk between them. Half the campers are makeshift duct taped old decrepit units. You couldn't pay me to move into this park. Do yourself a favor. Drive though before you commit to anything."

"Briefly commenting by experience; beatings,hard drug dealings, murders and child sexual predators were ALL RESIDENTS of this trailer park. FACT! Check County Records for all 4 listed. MOLD was and still is a seriouse health and home issue within these 30+ yr.old trailers. We had NO CHOICE at the time to relocate there temporarily, due to Hurricane damage of our previous home. ALL REVIEW PHOTOS *EXCEPT 3 OF RV AREA* ARE FROM 1 RESIDENTS HOME ONLY!!! Michelle/Aaron. Funny how the park WILL NOT share information and photos of the rest of that hud/trailer park! Saddened and furious how the park and Brace Co. betray and do injust treatment towards the desrciption enticing people to move in WITHOUT HONESTLY DISCLOSING any Issues deemed Necessary for individuals to be aware of within that setting. We are Christians as well, and our comments do not lie. Any, if not most reviews you all read that are 5 stars..b s., those residents were asked personally for that 5 star review. The "community food parties", well that is ALL Michelle/Aaron's doing..NOT THE Park. That place is a bloody shameful front only, for "certain companies" Involved to gain Monetary Value from the County and state. We lived there for a time, and watched, listened and learned WAY TOO MUCH DISHONSTY about their seedy intentions. Please Please do your diligence accordingly BEFORE HAND. No matter where you choose to reside! And trust us when we say, if ANY OF THEM want to deny or shame us as liars, they would truly be greatly embarrassed and shamed themselves for their MISREPRESENTATION of that entire community."

"Very disappointed with this place! They don’t cut the grass until is like 3 foot tall, the bathhouse is absolutely disgusting! No toilet paper, no hand towels, one working bathroom, holes in the wall in the bathroom, campers are WAY TOO CLOSE TOGETHER! One thing I can say good is that the lady that does go in and cleans the bathroom makes sure it’s clean. You may findCigarette butts and syringes in the shower. And consistently turning the water off without any notice! So make sure if you come here in a camper, keep your tanks full!"

"I have lived here for three years and just found out my son's breathing problems are because of black mold in the walls. The new management are not doing anything to fix the problems. They started our roof and never finished so we have a breeze. And it leaks. We have called the health dept. And are looking for a newplace to live. Brace is the new management and they are supposed to be Christian but dont act like it. There are so many nice ppl who live there and I miss them dearly. But we are now out and my son has been cleared of his breathing issues"

"f you haven’t seen Heritage Oaks in the last year you won’t believe its transformation. The electrical system has been upgraded throughout the modular housing community. The water delivery system has been totally replaced. The sanitary lift station is now served by new primary and secondary pumps. The internal roadway has been replaced with an asphalt surface that is making for a much smoother ride and that’s just the beginning. Entrance signs have been replaced with an updated logo. Parking spaces are now bordered. The community has been landscaped with the entrance and office areas welcoming residents and visitors to this modular housing community. Security cameras help ensure the community remains safe and secure."
