"I've stayed here multiple times over the last 7 years, but after my recent trip, I'll be finding other accommodations. Upon check in, we were given a dirty room. The lock to the new room was a pain, it didn't want to read the key card and the handle was extremely difficult to turn. The remote for the TV didn't work, either. People smoking weed in the parking lot every night, stinking up our room through the AC. When we left 4 days later, the original room we were given STILL had not been cleaned. I don't know if they've changed ownership or management, but this place has really gone downhill."

"I should've stayed somewhere else and next time I will. I've stayed at various La Quinta hotels and this hotel is run down. Many updates to the rooms are needed especially the bathroom. 1. The bedding was stained. They should just get rid of the bedding if they can't get the stains out. 2. Don't provide stained bedding to guests. 3. The cleaning people kept knocking on the room door 30 minutes before I needed to check out. They were in a hurry to get into my room before I was able to get my belongings out of it. They kept standing outside of the door being rude. 4. The woman at the front desk was annoying and rude as well she was snickering and telling me she was trying to call me as if I didn't know when to checkout. She said, her manager told her to call me. They are both absolute imbeciles. They get the "Imbeciles of the Month Award". Don't bother eating any nasty breakfast here. Thank God I didn't! Stay at this hotel at your own risk."

"First night, the toilet ran all night and was annoyingly loud. By morning it wouldn't flush at all. I called the front desk and she assured me that someone would be right up to fix it. They never came. The second night, I asked to move to another room, long hesitation, but I pointed out that I could see empty rooms all down the hallway. I had to walk all the way from the back to the front of the property to trade key cards. The door lock was hard to open, and then when I was IN the room, the door wouldn't lock from the inside. I put my suitcase against the door. The desk clerk was rude and sarcastic. The third night, I couldn't get the door open and finally went back to the front and demanded that he come open the door. He had trouble with it, also. I just grabbed my stuff and checked out. I couldn't sleep in a room with a door that wouldn't lock. Don't book your family in this place. Next time, I will know better."

"Made reservations ahead of time for our family to stop for the night as a half way point on our trip to Orlando. We reserved a King Deluxe Suite in order to have enough room for my wheelchair and service dog. But when we arrived we were placed in a standard double (queen?) because my service dog was not allowed in a normal room, we had to be placed in a "pet" room. Hostess refused to acknowledge my dog was anything other than a pet, she also let us know that pets! (referring to my service dog) aren't allowed in the dining area. After my husband tried to explain the law he finally gave up and asked for a refund. Thankfully other local motels are more accommodating to the disabled than this one."

"So, my room had tiny ants in the bed. Before I left for the day, I specifically asked for the beds to be totally stripped. I came back and nothing had been done. The woman at the desk was very nice. She offered me another room. I took her up on it. This room was at the opposite end. It seemed to have been updated and remolded. Some of the cleaning crew smoked on the elevator. Everyday. The breakfast was ok."
