"I'm very disappointed about the service, housekeeping and pricing. Housekeeping would not clean room. The only time room got semi-cleaned was when first renting. I had to stay at the hotel for a month because of location and I left a bag of clothes in room and they WARNED me that if I done that again we were going to have to part ways because they are not going to handle my belongings again.. Just, very rude about it and handled that simple task of picking up my one bag of clothes and put it in the office poorly."
"I got there at 430am. And was so tired. When I got to my room it smelled like mold. The blankets and sheets were damp and the floor of the bathroom was gritty and sticky. The smoke alarm thing beside the door was melted and there was a gap at the bottom of the door so I could see out. I paid in advance for 2 nights and lost all my money because I had to get a different hotel to feel safe and clean with my children."
"I had a very enjoyable visit. My room was clean and very nicely arranged, especially for the price! I was very satisfied all the way around. Housekeeping had great upbeat and positive attitudes. Very accommodating with my requests and helpful with directions to some locations I needed to visit while I stayed. Travis and his staff are doing a wonderful job with how well they keep the place feeling secure and maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. I will reserve again and would recommend to anyone!"
"I am so happy that we stayed here. We were well taken care of with plenty of fresh clean towels. The location was perfect for our needs. We stayed in the king bed, smoking room and I was pleasantly surprised to not see burn holes in the bedding or the pull out sofa bed. We will definitely stay here again."
