"The refrigerator is very dirty, full of bags, the freezer is dirty, the sheets are UNHYGIENIC, stained with blood, as are the pillows. They also don't RETURN THE MONEY, the manager is VERY RUDE, they don't respond to emails. It is unacceptable and unhygienic."

"I would give this place no stars if I could but I have to in order to write a review… Omg I didn’t even think to look at reviews I just had been up for over 24 hours on top of having to travel 8 hours to Pensacola. I honestly couldn’t imagine a hotel could get worse than this one. Roaches and lizards in the room, weird smells disguising sheets a hole in the door like seriously the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Please stay far tf from here…. I just tried to kill a roach the size of a newborns hand and it flew and my appetite was completely gone…picture of the bathroom was just like that when I walked in wow"

"07/22/2023-07/23/2023 The room is VERY dirty, the fridge is very dirty, the shower door is broken and doesn't close properly. Guys, increase the cost of a hotel room by $5 and hire a good cleaner for a good salary! One pillow was normal, and the second was very small and had an inscription on it that it was an aviation pillow. They forgot to put towels in the room. When I returned to the office and asked "What about towels?" the worker gave me ONE towel and two very small ones (1 foot size). ONE shower towel per couple!!! We have been traveling for 30 years in different countries: from Indonesia to the USA, and we have not seen such a service anywhere. Near the door of the neighboring hotel room, a bag of garbage lay on the grass and stank. I realized why this happened when we entered our room - there is no wastebasket in the room!"

"I'm going to be honest, this is by far the WORST "Hotel" I've EVER stayed in! The pictures are misleading, either they have poor management or their staff is lazy. For the price they're charging, they do have roaches in their rooms, nothing and I mean NOTHING IS UPDATED. The carpet is old, the walls are old, the TV is old, everything is old and run down. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! NEVER STAY HERE IF YOU VISIT PENSACOLA, NEVER!!!!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN"
