"Just nasty & rude!!! If I could post less than 1 star I would. I booked online and once we got the key to the room, we walked in and there were bugs in the room, the door case was busted and the bathroom was nasty. We walked directly back to the office to return the keys and the person at the desk was rude and told us they would not refund our money. We did not stay at this hotel and never got our money refunded. This place is nasty and the people who are rude."

"One star because there isn't a zero star option. Rude front desk staff, odd charges aside from nightly rate, and curtains that can be seen through. Didn't even stay 15 minutes."

"ghetto and dirty, there was pubic and head hair in the “CLEAN” sheets, when the cleaning lady came to change the sheets she was rude as hell (like youre getting paid for this)…. there was muddy foot prints all over the floor, the towels were dirty and stained and then we found the cockroaches, It was awful. the next morning we went to cancel the next day and the indian dude at the desk was rude, not wanting to give up the money. i get its cheap but it doesnt need to be dirty too!!"

"The rooms were adequate for the price. It's not a 5 star hotel. But beds and sheets were clean and changed daily. (We stayed 4 days) Room was newly remodeled. Bathroom was clean , shower worked great. Basic room. Bed, table, 3 chairs, microwave, little icebox, AC, TV with 30-50 channels. We didn't spend much time there other than to sleep and bath. We were doing the tourist thing. Mostly seemed like workers staying there. No loud screaming, no unsavory people hanging around. Not a roach motel like other comments."

"DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STAY HERE!!!! Pictures and Ads are misleading. Do not make a reservation and cancel immediately. They will still charge you for the room. I was visiting Florida and needed a place to stay for the night. I made a reservation online. Within two hours i was at the hotel. It was Not like it was in the pictures. Plus it's definitely located in a hood type area. it was dark and not well lit. When i pulled up i noticed a few cars and a crowd in front of the office. Lots of arguing, cursing & threats going on. The people at the front desk did nothing. I watched them do nothing. I literally couldn't enter the office if i wanted to. You can tell this is like a normal occurrence there. i was exhausted from my travels and i did not feel safe staying there. i immediately went to cancel my reservation. i emailed them and i was told there is no refund and i couldn't cancel my reservation. Well i definitely could not stay there! They told me they handled that situation. No they didn't. i was there. i asked for a refund and they refused. So i was charged for a hotel i never stayed in and i canceled within a couple of hours. That's ridiculous!!! I DO NOT recommend doing business with this hotel. PERIOD! PRICELINE, BOOKING.COM SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE THIS HOTEL"
