"Owner says he cannot rent to me. But refuses to give a specific reason as to why he cannot rent to me. Unacceptable and Unprofessional. Unless a crime was committed or the room was vandalized and trashed upon my staying this is unacceptable.Save your money you can get a room elsewhere for the price of $100.00 with more room and amenities."

"Terrible experience. Based on pictures it looks nice and renovated but… it is overpriced motel. I would start with 24h front desk. I was waiting 30 min until person came from shopping. The room - yeah, it is sort of renovated but it smelt like toxic glue or other construction chemicals. Dust, sand and dead bugs everywhere. Stained towels with someone’s hairs and dirty. Wobbly toilet. Zero or insignificant WiFi signal, I was not able to use it."
"We have always stayed at Gulf Coast Inn & Suites over in Gulf Breeze; however, they were completely full so we chose this location (sister location). There’s not a pool at this one & the rooms aren’t as spacious, but the experience was 10/10. We didn’t have anything go wrong or to complain about. The location is safe with several restaurants around; but it is 4/5 stars only because in order to do activities, you’ll have to drive 30+ mins. It’s a great place and super safe. We had our dogs with us and the owner was very sweet about them. I’m attaching a few pics! There’s a cute Farmers Market in the parking lot, too."
