"The older gentleman is very nice. I tried to return a jacket but forgot the card I purchased it with. He told me he would keep it there and I'll call back with my card info and if I couldn't find my card he would ship it to me in Illinois at his own expense that is a very generous thing to say when you're an employee. The shop owner is not so nice. There are still good people in this world."
