"I recently visited the U.S. Polo Assn. store, and I must say that the overall experience was influenced greatly by the staff's attitude. While I did manage to find and purchase two items, the encounter with an employee named Luis left much to be desired. His attitude was less than satisfactory; he seemed disinterested and displayed a lack of patience when I wanted to try on clothes. This negative attitude certainly affected my perception of the store. Given this experience, I have decided that I will not ever visit the store again."

"I was in store on 2/07 shopping for grandchild and myself and the cashier was incompetent and ran my card twice saying transactions didn't go through and refused to give me the merchandise when i saw it did, when i got back to hotel and check my bank acct charges was pending for 83.42 and cashier with curly hair didn't give me my merchandise because I was black.She kept pushing button and turned machine off twice. I would not recommend shopping there."
