The grooming service has been incredible. It’s hard to find someone that can cut doodles and the groomer has some serious skills! Both of our doodles look amazing. They even give you a report card when you pick them up, it’s cute. We definitely will be going back New Tampa Pet Spa is by far our favorite so far."

"I don't doubt that they have a lot of pets to look after, but the recent condition of my dog after a 12 day stay was abhorrent. She smelled awful and had signs of obvious neglect as soon as we picked her up. When we got home, we noticed a huge build up of poop in her fur. No telling how long she was like that, but you'd think a boarding place would at least give a dog a check during their stay. We reached out 24 hours ago expressing our displeasure and still have not heard back. So here we are. Additionally, they nickeled and dimed us while we were away. Want pictures of your dog? Sure, for $9 a day. Are you serious? $500+ and this is what they provide. Think again before boarding your dog here."

"I left my three furbabies for a week at new tampa pet resort. I was nervous as usual leaving them but I knew they would be in great hands. The staff replied to me when I would text them for updates. My dogs seem to enjoy themselves there and had tons of fun. Thank you for taking care of my little ones."

"One of my dogs is not very sociable with other dogs and has the endless puppy energy. Staff was very attentive and knew to keep her in private enclosure, they were very reassuring and accommodating with us. I really appreciate your staff and the facility. We will be boarding both of my dogs with you soon, your staff gave me peace of mind knowing my pups will be in good hands while I’m away (even if one of the pups is not the easiest to work with!).
