"What a dump. I went to help an older woman puck up an item she purchased the day before. When i got there the item was far too big and heavy for this persons small home. They refused to refund her money. 225.00! The item Was still sitting in the store and was an easy return. This is a horrible place and very poor decision by the manager. Don't shop here."
"Regarding donations I took the day off work for nothing. A total unorganized joke. 2 guys drive a huge truck then announce how they don't do 2nd floors. I specifically said top floor and plus the 2nd floor stuff was not bulky. Simply lazy. They were nosey to see everything yet took nothing. Don't bother with them."
