"Edit to add; Joanne was also one of the lovely ladies to help me while I stayed for 11 nights. Everyone was so nice and would greet me daily as I pass the front desk. I have had an overall pleasant experience with this hotel. The first room I was assigned to didn’t work out for me as the sink was leaking on the counter when in use, but I spoke with front desk associates Samantha and Shinelle and they were able to accommodate me into a different room. Both ladies have been pleasant every day I walk past the desk. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality."
"Great location, room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was good for two days in a row Venice was working the breakfast and everything was outstanding, five stars!! Checkout process was very easy! Definitely we will be back!"
"Misleading. On a map, and according to the hotel website, the beach and access to it look very near. In reality, there is no beach access. Gated condominiums line the street. So unless you’re going to literally climb over the fence Or be prepared to walk in the heat for about an hour to find an entry point do not choose this hotel for going to the beach. Rooms were nice and staff was friendly, however… We asked for a quiet room. At night there were Teenagers running up and down the hall, slamming doors, screaming and I called the front desk three times. They said They would take care of it, but they didn’t. I finally went out in the hallway myself and told them they are going to have to be quiet. I do not recommend this location."
"I love this hotel. Not only is it a good deal, it is so nice. The lady at the front desk on Dec. 1st during the pm shift was so friendly. The bed was so comfortable and we had such a good nights sleep here! They have a full breakfast in the morning and it’s pretty good for hotel food. We come here often when we are in Destin, the pool is awesome as is the hot tub. We will definitely be back :)"
