"If you'd like to pay more for something than suggested retail, this is the place to come. Bought NY Puzzle Company jigsaw puzzle in December '21 for $35. Online at NY Puzzle Company it's $22. A $13 markup. Wow. Bought a few other small items, one of which was 25% less at the the most expensive grocery store in town, Wynn's. Never going back."

"Love this store! Beautiful imported, handmade items, all well priced, and very helpful and attentive service. Have to admit that I a hard time deciding on which of the beautiful items to give as a gift for my sister, so I just had to do a little shopping for myself too! Impeccable wrapping was like the icing on the cake."
"I shopped at Amanos for many years. We registered for our daughter's wedding china and silver there and bought many imported tables etc. Probably spent over $100,000 there. I bought a imported small table for about $1500. The manager loaded it into my car. When we got it home and took it out the table top fell off the base and shattered. We did not realize that the base was uneven and wobbly. When I contacted the store about it, they essentially said, "too bad". When I went to the web site and contacted the leadership in DC they never responded. The manager of the Naples store then left. I still have my shattered table top imported from Florence, Italy and the base. I went into the store this weekend because they had a sale. I could have spent a lot of money there, but wouldn't because of this incident. I would steer clear of these people."
