"I have loved shopping in American Eagle in the past, however when I was last in a couple of weeks ago, I was welcomed in and started to shop, I pulled out a pair of jeans which I liked, and asked one of the workers (a woman) If she know what the equivalent of the us size was in uk. She got out her Ipad and searched, She told me the sizes and i continued to the changing rooms, when I came out she gave me dirty looks and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, the size was slightly to big on me thats what i was going to ask her but felt to anxious to ask her another question, as it felt like i was wasting her time so i asked the other worker (man) he kindly helped me."
"The worst American Eagle ever the I had a return without a receipt, and they gave me 20$ for pair of shorts that were way over 20$ there so rude when called they barley knew any answers to any of the questions I had. I will take the drive to mirror mar rather than coming here. Terrible service!"
"Honestly this place isn’t that bad. Staff are pretty nice the setup of the store is cool. But if you’re like me who is 6’4 and relatively skinny none of their shirts will ever fit you comfortably. I’ve tried time and time again to find the perfect fit and they unfortunately just do not cater to my body type. It isn’t the end of the world but it just isn’t for me. Maybe it’ll work for you. But overall score is 6/10 because their pants and shorts are usually okay on me."
"sophie is literally the most disgusting worker i have ever met. she is rude, racist, and i’m shocked AE hires people like her. She completely ignored me because i am a woman of color, but was helping white people fine. she constantly gave me and my daughter dirty looks and even refused to check us out. she told us “go to the other cashier” she needs to be fired. i’ve heard many other complaints about her from other mothers, i will never be shopping at AE again if she is working there. AE is racist and hires the rudest most disgusting people"
"Friendly staff, if you are buying and they notice you didnt take advantage of a promotion (like a Bogo you missed)they always let you know, but they are never pushy"
