"The pharmacy tech was extremely rude. She talked down to me like she knew what she was talking about and I knew nothing when asking about my medications. She wouldn't listen to what I was saying and never answered my question about a medication that was ordered by my physician. The receipt says her name was marquise but I think she was using a register that she wasn't logged on to. She is around 35 with short reddish brown hair white lady. This was at the drive thru. Her customer communication are terrible and she is rude trying to get you out of there without answering your questions"
"My husband and I are visiting this lovely town. We needed to fill a prescription and stopped in this CVS to fill it. There was one man working the whole pharmacy, he had 2 calls on hold and at least 4 people waiting. We waited our turn about 30 minutes. I handed him the written prescription with my Doctors information clearly printed on it. He handed it back and said it was his discretion to fill it which he did not! I wasn’t aware CVS pharmacist/technicians trumped what my doctor prescribes for me. We went two blocks down and filled it. We will never use CVS again. There are simply to many other choice than to deal with pharmacists with a God complex."
