"On my recent trip I had an issue with a beach umbrella that I bought from them 2 days prior. I went in and explained my situation to the people at the register (who weren't the people that were there when I bought it) and they were very understanding about the situation and offered a replacement without the receipt even though I had it on me at the time. I went and picked out a new one and had no issues with it for the rest of the trip. I'll definitely be back here if I need some last minute beach supplies for my next trip to the Cape!"

"Lots of product here, Maybe I was invisible that day, but was never greeted or acknowledged by the 2 women behind the counter. I looked around a bit, lots of nice things, but I left and went to the trading post just down the street. Very nice, helpful people there, so that is where I spent my dollars! Your loss Beach Planet!
