"I purchased an item from this store online and the sizing didn't work out. The website states returns can be sent within 30 days and offers an email address. I emailed customer service 3 different times over a two week period without any response. I also tried calling the store to no avail. I finally tried messaging them on both Facebook and Instagram and received a reply via Instagram. Once I was able to contact someone, they were friendly and courteous and helped me process the return quickly. However, the experience of having to try so many avenues to process what should be a standard business transaction was frustrating and arduous overall. I'm satisfied with how this transaction was resolved, but don't think I will chance an online purchase in the future."

"Was in great need of some warm clothes to deal with an unexpected cold snap. Low expectations for this local dept store. Huge surprise... Super service and selection and again cannot emphasize how great the customer service was. Young fellow who was the manager on duty was great, helped me and another fellow in the same predicament. Walmart and Target...look out."
