"I just got kicked out of the store only for inquiring about why this store is the only outlet in Vanitian Village that charges the sales tax on items under $100 dollars during the a period when the state exepts the tax. The owner refused to sell me the product I wanted to purchase. I will never shop here again. This owner needs to be accountable for all the tax he is not submitting and should be reported to the IR S and discrimination authorities."
"Unfortunately, like many others we didn’t have a great experience due to the arrogance of the female worker. We wish them/her the best but won’t be going back or recommending to our friends in the area. Actually will be discouraging the visit. We are firm believers in treating others with respect and can’t support a business that doesn’t hold those same values. "I first stopped in this store was in 2019 and loved it and everything I bought (jeans, belt, and shirts). Alan was so helpful and pleasant to work with and always has been. I’ve stopped in several times since then, and now the staff (not Alan) can’t be bothered to help and act as if I am a nuisance for stopping in. Great selection, poor customer service, again but for Alan."
