"We were so lucky to have Freddy! I'm a really large guy 6'8" with a biggish build and my girlfriend convinced me it was time to get some nice shirts tonight. We were a bit lost at first and he swooped in and hooked me up with the best fitting shirt I've ever worn! I bought 6! Genuinely didn't know a shirt could look that good on me. I'm a little disappointed they didn't have any pants in my size but the employees were very polite and super sociable and friendly."

I almost asked if we had offended someone by visiting the store or were interrupting their lunchbreak??.. certainly not the pleasant experience we had expected or response expected after confirming our purchase.. "Our son Logan got married last weekend, and the wedding party did their tuxedos and suits at Men’s Wearhouse. The wedding party used several different locations for pick up, measurements, and returns, and the process was seamless. Logan went with a custom tailored tuxedo. It was absolutely beautiful but unfortunately nobody noticed before the wedding that the back of the left shoulder seam had pulled apart a bit and was noticeable in several of the wedding photos. We were over in Naples for a couple of days and I visited the Men’s Wearhouse on Immokalee in North Naples. I had the privilege of working with one of their managers, Freddie, who is amazing. He was able to work around our schedule before we drove back to the East Coast and had their tailor mend the open seam within 24 hours. Not only was he able to get the tailor to squeeze in the repair on a full schedule, but he also kept us well informed of the progress and personally called as soon as it was complete. In addition to his friendly demeanor, the exceptional customer service was greatly appreciated."

"Thanks for sending me $130 shoes that somebody obviously wore before and returned. After calling customer service, I was told you would not expedite a new pair and that I would have to wait 48 hours to speak to a supervisor. I needed these shoes by Sunday. I don’t even have a chance of that happening if I have to wait two days to speak to a supervisor. This is absolutely unacceptable and horrible customer service."
