"I was told about this place through Pop’s Sunset Grill, when I walked in I had high hopes but, was greeted as if what I was asking for was a joke. I wanted 2 shirts made not realizing they had a minimum order of 12 for sublimations. The front desk person had asked me exactly what I needed and I told her. She then told me I had to wait for someone else who was on the phone, she called to the person in the other room and was met with a rude “IM ON THE PHONE”. I then was left waiting in the main entrance on the one chair provided for around 10 min. After she got off the phone she had somehow already known what I wanted and told me word for word “you only want 2 shirts? Nooo….noo….we don’t do that here” it was very rude not what she said but the attitude she gave saying it, as if I just had management called on me to deal with me. I was given no help afterwards in other options available, I pretty much had to ask every question about everything going in and received little help or advice. I was left waiting around for her to end up rudely telling me that she doesn’t do orders as small as mine. Good quality shirts and miscellaneous stuff available but, when it comes to customer service I advise they greet people and treat people a little better upon entering the building."

"They are not a good company. They made a mistake, and they would not even try to fix the problem. They said we were wrong and pretty much called me a liar. I had a witness to what I ordered, and she said that we both were wrong, and she said her mother was there and heard everything, but no one else was there when we ordered. Not an honest company, DO NOT order from them."

"I had an order of hats that needed made so I called and left a message as there was no answer. Had to call back again the next day. No problem as I'm sure they're busy. Decided on my way home from work to stop in and talk with them to get hats figured out. I walked into the lobby and was completely ignored. I stood there looking at merchandise and a catalogue for 10 minutes while the lady talked with another client. I completely understand he was her priority as they were engaged in conversation. But I was the only other person in the lobby. A simple "hey there sir, I'll be with you in a moment" goes a long way."

"Gemini Apparel is Top Notch. I had them screen print two different styles of shirts and both came out looking great. Joe, the owner went above and beyond with customer service explaining to me about all the different shirt fabrics and how they would hold up to my specific needs. Joe and his staff even hunted for a specific color I was requesting and took the time to scour catalog after catalog to find just what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this company for any of your printing needs!"
