"Shady practices, I would sincerely advise you not feeding their tourism business. My mother has a medical condition making it impossible to ride a bus for 8h a day and the woman who allegedly insisted for us to book straight away, refused to issue a refund when we realized the trip was nothing like what we initially planned and discussed. I was very polite and respectful, calmly explaining why their trip presentation was unclear and did not suit our family needs. I received a rude, non comprehensive and unpleasant customer service with the woman sitting on the front desk, she was not willing to help us in any way while I handed her 50$ in cash literally 30 seconds earlier. That’s not the way you should properly run a customer oriented business in the United States."

"Son bought a pair of sunglasses and immediately realized they were too small. Try to return within 5 minutes of purchase but ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No sign was posted regarding this practice even though they claimed there was a sign. I asked the manager to point it out and he admitted that he “wasn’t sure what happened to it”. The only notice was on the receipt, which they kept pointing out and which I told them WAS TOO LATE as the item had already been purchased by that point. They were inflexible and rude at this point - telling me to relax and calm down. At not point did I raise my voice."

"Many 1-piece and 2-piece women's bathing suits, swim trunks/ shorts for men. No dressing room to try on, no returns but exchanges are permitted ( I was told). Souvenirs, too. Salespeson was helpful. Cashier's counter is ~4.5 feet off the floor... chin height."

"Yes! This is an all-purpose shop for souvenirs. I found Christmas ornaments, refrigerator magnets, t-shirts, and shot glasses...and just so happened to be looking for a hot pink bandana in honor of Miami and found exactly that (the clerk kindly pointed me in the right direction and guided me through my stupid excitement). I even found a bookmark that I’ll use forever."
