"I went to Burlington to buy boots and when I get to the front the cashier scanned the boots and said the SKU didnt match. I informed her that I just tried them on I am not aware of prices. I proceeded to bring 8 pairs of "sale" shoes to the front to have her check those SKU #'s as well. 4 pairs of shoes had the wrong price and weren't on sale at all. The workers and MANAGEMENT need to do a better job of checking the prices and also zoning to make sure all products have the right prices in the right aisle. I asked to speak to a manager he reluctantly admitted he was the manager all the while the cashier had an attitude that I asked her to do her job. She said her only job was being a "cashier" and she doesn't check prices all while eating reeses pieces candy at the cashier drawer while talking with her mouth open. Thankfully I speak Spanish because Only 1 person out of 5 working in the front spoke English. This location has rude staff and cheap tourist clothes. There are many other Burlington Coat Factory's with Better Staff, Management and Product. 5 stars to the only person doing his job The Security, He deserves a raise because he has to be security and an English Translator at this location."

"Rule number one: Avoid going to the store during closing hours; instead, go in advance, at least 2 or 3 hours before closing time. Rule number two: Ensure you make a list of what you're looking for; otherwise, you might end up buying everything at a good price and acquiring unnecessary items. Rule number three: Remember to grab a basket for your shopping. Rule number four: Repeat Rule number 1 one hundred times."

"Decent items inside but checking out takes ages. One cashier for dozens of people… absolutely ridiculous that is takes over 30 minutes to pay for one item. Better off paying full price and not wasting your time!"
