Forever 21

"I waited 5 minutes at a completely empty register counter looking for anyone to ring in my pile of clothing selections. Finally found a staffer way over by the front door. I walked over and asked if the register is open or if I need to go upstairs. She responded, “give me a moment.” I went back to the register and waited an additional 5 minutes, while I watched her “smooth” the skirt on a mannequin and “straighten” some hangers on a few racks, all of which were perfectly fine before she touched them. I walked back to the front of the store and asked her again if the register upstairs was open. She replied, “I said give me a moment,” despite the fact that I had clearly given her plenty of moments. I asked, “So, do you just not want the money?” and she retorted, “It’s up to you if you want to buy them or not.” Wow, thanks for clearing that up! I threw the clothes on the counter and walked out. Please do that lackadaisical, medium-height, heavy-set, 30’s aged woman with glasses and a tightly buzzed afro a huge favor and FIRE her, because she obviously has no desire to have this job. Apparently, she would much rather collect unemployment instead. Now I understand why Forever 21 needs to practically give the clothes away: because nobody there wants to actually take the customers’ money."

"Escalator not working and waiting time at the elevator so long. You need to fix your shop guys. How many sales are you losing ? Answer - a lot."

"I don’t know who gave her a job here. I came on a Friday night at 8pm to go on a shopping spree. She kept yelling at everyone to move out of her way when all she was doing to putting things on the hangers at the opposite end of the fitting room. She says we’re not allowed to be in the fitting room to try on ANYTHING while talking to others. She yelled at everyone to change quietly. When the only being loud was her. Everyone was so disturbed that we all left and bought nothing."

"Store was clean and nice size. Typical to forever 21...the racks were so packed you can hardly browse without having a tug of war trying to get a hanger in or out. On my shopping experience the cashier missed putting one of my items in the bag so when I got home found out I was charged but it was missing. Went all the way back to the store, waited again in a long checkout line and she had it behind the counter. No apology. Lame. But other than their escalators being broken it is a nice store."

"Great shower out front. Come late bring a cup. Lots of seating outside after 11 pm. Had fun doing photo shoot. I remain.... forever 21."
