"Terrible service from the Manager guy. I don't recommend buying from this store location because if you need to return or exchange something they will not help you at all. I tried to exchange just a pair of man sandals from XL size to smaller size and a guy at the counter who said he was the Manager didn't accept it because the sandals didn't have the label on it anymore (which I removed from the first time to try it on) but I noticed I needed smaller size, so I had my receipt and sandals were still brand new not used, but he said company wouldn't accept it without the label... I had made a purchase of multiple items for the amount of $218 and he didn't accept to exchange the sandals that cost me just $6 bucks, not professional at all. I lost my time that day. I don't think Aeropostale company would accept that. But anyway I will never buy from there again!!!"
