I’m not sure the difference between Neiman Marcus or Neiman Marcus last call, but I shop in Neiman Marcus regularly and this location made my experience unpleasant. Please train your staff to be more patient with customers on the phone to keep up with the quality of your brand. Thanks"

"Nieman Marcus Last call Loved them my previous visit in March of 2023. Today 8-21-23 at 1pm, I bought a pair of Off White in their original box in men's department. But Women's a pair of Balenciaga short boots had no box? Shoved in a box too small for the boots. I asked where is the correct box? I stated this isn't the correct box! The cashier responded most don't have them ! I responded that is verification of the shoe serial in number is usually on the box. She just stamped final sale on the receipt! I travel here just for shopping. Last time in March in Miami drove just to stop in. I guess I will go back to on line shopping after this experience."
