"Today Nick or Nicolas the store manager won the Gold Medal for worst customer care ever! (02-09-2024). Wanted to return a kids winter jacket because the zipper was "catching" the material along, did that happened to anyone ? It did not go well with Nick. Left the merchandise at the store. This company does not understand the need of the buyers. And the lack of training how to deal with buyers is absolutely the lowest by any standards. Guess what? Never Guess again. Avoid this store or shop on Amazon!!!"

"I wish I can give less than one star ! I had bought some underwear size medium and I didn’t know they cut small and they comes in a box and can’t open it and employees never explained it to me and when I try to exchange them and the manger nick said he CANT exchange them FOR me and he’s like read the back of the receipt and it’s like newspaper and there’s no way someone would read it return policy. I was really soo disappointed and MR NICK FIX UR FACE AND LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE"

"So a few weeks ago my puppy ate my wife's favorite Guess slippers. I was devastated. I had no choice but to rush to the Guess outlet to replace them. I gathered my strength and invited my wife to come with me to get new slippers. Unfortunately, the exact style was not available. However, they had some great prices and not only did she leave with new slippers but walked out with 2 new sandals, 3 new outfits and a purse. I have a feeling she will be leaving other old shoes on the floor for the puppy so she can get more new outfits."
