"I had one of the worse experience at Saint John’s store at Sawgrass Mills mall on 3/3/2023; I saw a beautiful silver blazer at the display window and decided to look at it. I came in with my granddaughter and Vivian (sales) helped me get the size and let me tried it on but since we were in a hurry I told Vivian that we will come another time. The manager (or the supervisor, Danielle, a white, blonde lady)told her as we were exiting the store:“ Make sure that before you give people good service, see if they could even afford our clothing.” And then looking at us with such disgust. I’m physically handicap and had mentioned to Vivian that I didn’t like to-wear the dress that came with the jacket because of the braces on my legs and using my crutches , this manager just saw only a person with a physical handicap and never saw me as a client. That’s call discrimination!!! I want that person fire for her actions , she shouldn’t be managing a store! My granddaughter was so upset that she was in tears to see how a person with disabilities could be discriminated at the store."

"Quality: amazing Options: many (needs more gowns) Service: wonderful Return policy: any item that is more than 50% off can be exchanged only for store credit (when I was there many were 70% off). Evening merchandise has a 10-day return policy and everything else is 30-day return/exchange."

"I went to this store to make an exchange of the same kind of item, but on a different size and color from the previously purchased, but the new selected item was not available in the store at the time. I asked the seller to order it for me and I would pick it up from the store. The warehouse is local, so delivery should be fast and inexpensive, but to my surprise they charged me $15 for a local delivery even if I would pick it up from the store. This is a rip-off! In my experience, stores typically don't charge for items ordered for store pickup, but St. John at the Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise, Fl does. Incredible!."
