"Need to exchange an item that was give to me yesterday for my birthday, I need it a different size, the manager didn’t do it because I didn’t have the receipt, she didn’t want to give me any options, at the end I was clearly upset and I said to her then you keep this shirt because does not fit me and is nothing I can do with it, and she said ok and took the shirt, clearly a very young manager that does not know that the client is first and deserve options, hope someone teach her how to be a manager."
