"I have been a customer of Talbots for over 20 years. I have had the opportunity to shop at many Talbot stores in various parts of the country. By far my favorite store is Talbots at the waterside shops, Naples. The associates are knowledgeable,friendly and go out of their way to provide customer service. Dilia as the sales manager is engaging with the customers and understands Talbots mission. Juliane does a wonderful job of putting outfits together and making suggestions. I always leave with many outfits that can be mixed and match. Great store personnel!"

"For many years Talbots Petites was my store. But when they downsized they made the petite section very small at the back of the store, very uncomfortable like an afterthought. Very little merchandise to select from. Sorry to say I have begun to visit another petite store in the same mall. Crammed with old sales stuff not really worthy of Talbots. I suggest they donate to some worthy charity to get it out of the store; really degrades the overall look. Look forward to my next visit and seeing all that "Old Stuff" gone. Smells Old!"

"Love, love, love shopping here. Sales staff are genuinely interested in helping you find the right thing. Available but not pushy, they offer honest opinions. The clothes are beautifully made and styles are classic but on trend. Petite section is huge. Their sales can’t be beat."

"Although the store is what one would expect, the service is below par. I was in a fitting room piled with clothing from previous users. A sales person was working with another customer who apparently wanted an item from the pile in the fitting room I was using. The sales person abruptly and angrily demanded I get out of the fitting room immediately because she needed items for a customer. Have patience dear sales person, all of your customers are important. Her rude manner prevented my $250 purchase and will keep me from visiting the store in the future. Talbots is off my list of preferred retail stores from now on. Shame on you."
