"All of my interactions in this store have been negative. From management to associates they are very unkind and will act like mean girls as soon as you walk in the door. From whispering behind the counter to each other or completely ignoring you the whole time you’re in the store. It’s highly disappointing for such a beautiful store and brand. I do hope these reviews drive change as I see I’m not the only one who has experience this behavior when shopping here."
"I will not be going back to this store. My friend and I decided to go shopping at the Waterside Shops and our first store we went in to was Evereve. I told her I really didn't want to go in there because they are usually rude to me every time I go in there. I said I guarantee if we walk in there and shop they will not say one word to me the whole time I'm in there. This turned out to be true again. We were busy shopping and my friend found a cute sweater that she wanted and I had a shirt picked out that I was going to get. I told her lets walk around a little bit more and see if anyone greets us or says anything to us. Not one of the 4 workers that were not with customers said anything to us the entire 15/20 minutes we were in there. She put the sweater back and I of course put the shirt back and we walked out. As we were walking out they just stood there and looked at us but said nothing. We were both dressed very nice and each of us can afford to shop there and fit into their clothes. We were both so upset that we were treated this way. We left and finished our shopping at the other stores and received much better customer service. My friend ended up spending $700 at a different clothing store there."
